Shipping Policy
Every Woodland Mills order ships from our US distribution partners with tracking included and curbside liftgate delivery on freight items.
Shipping rates
- Large freight equipment (chippers, stump grinders): $199 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States.
- Accessories and small parts ship via standard courier with rates calculated at checkout.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the United States.
Delivery time
- Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days from the date your order is placed.
- Orders are typically processed and released to the carrier within 1–3 business days of payment.
- Freight items are scheduled by the carrier — you will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery window.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Freight & curbside delivery
- Large equipment ships by transport truck with a liftgate for curbside delivery.
- You must provide an accessible curbside location for the truck. Delivery inside garages, sheds, or up long private driveways is not included.
- Approximate shipping weight of a WG-24 stump grinder is 500 lb (227 kg); the WC-68 wood chipper is heavier — plan for adequate space and help to move the crate.
Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- You can also look up your order anytime at /track-order.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery paperwork. If you see visible damage, either note it clearly on the paperwork before accepting the shipment, or refuse the delivery and note the damage as the reason. See our Return Policy for how damage claims are handled.
Delays beyond our control
Carrier disruptions, weather, and remote-area routing can occasionally extend transit time. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
