Engineered To Chip
Big-Tractor Capacity
Operates on tractors with 35–100+ HP at the PTO. A large 23" × 27" infeed hopper tapers to an 8" × 8" throat where the 8" roller grabs branches from ¼" up to a full 8" in diameter.
Hydraulic Infeed System
An 8" hydraulically driven infeed roller actively pulls material — forward, neutral and reverse with variable speed. Belt-driven pump and adjustable spring down-pressure. No manual feeding.
Dynamically Balanced 24" Flywheel
A 24" (61 cm), 1" thick solid-steel flywheel with four CNC-machined blade pockets and four fan-blade paddles spinning at 1,100 RPM for maximum airflow and long chip throw.
Flywheel Locking Pin
A dedicated locking pin makes blade changes and flywheel maintenance safe and fast — every blade can be accessed with a simple pin position.
4-Belt Drive System
Four heavy-duty cogged BX-series belts drive the flywheel, doubling PTO speed for stronger airflow. Automatic self-tensioning system extends belt life. Quick-open ¼" steel guard for fast service.
Reversible Chipper Blades
Four hardened-steel reversible knives held with countersunk M10 bolts. Clamshell flywheel housing opens with a single bolt for full access — flip or swap blades in minutes.
Folding Infeed Chute
A massive 24" × 28" folding infeed chute swallows multi-limb branches whole, then folds up to shrink the footprint for transport and storage.
Adjustable Chipper Base
Heavy-duty ¼" laser-cut steel base adjusts the PTO shaft height from 15-5/8" to 21-5/8" off the ground — fits a wide range of tractors with a four-bolt reposition.
360° Discharge Chute
Rotates a full 360° via two handles and stands 66" off the ground. Aim chips into a truck, trailer, or straight down using the rotating end deflector.
Shear-Pin Protected PTO Shaft
A shear-pin protected Series 4 PTO shaft ships in the box — Cat 1 Quick Hitch compatible for fast, wrench-free hookup to your tractor.
